Our client is a premier global law firm seeking a corporate associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a large or sophisticated mid-size law firm, preferably in Silicon Valley.  Ideal candidate must have substantial M&A experience and substantial private/emerging growth technology company and venture capital financing experience.  Some experience with securities law preferred.  Ability to work with other team members and clients, and "take ownership" of projects, is essential.  Great opportunity for someone interested in joining a vibrant and growing practice.
