Large reputable client firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in patent litigation, which may also include experience in patent prosecution. Ideal candidate will provide mid-level support primarily on patent litigation matters, as well as be registered to practice before the California bar, be registered to practice before the U.S.P.T.O., and have a background in electrical engineering, computer science/engineering or equivalent.
