Our prestigious client firm seeks to hire a real estate associate with solid experience in one or more of the following areas: senior mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity work and/or acquisitions and disposition. Ideal candidate must have the ability to run substantive portions on transactions and have good client relation skills. Class of 2004-2006. (Note that the firm will consider someone more senior with significant experience in the first category-debt.)
