CA-Technology Transactions Associate-JO1226

Our client is a large firm seeking a 3-5 year corporate associate interested in joining its Technology Transactions practice group.  Ideal candidate will be involved in client counseling on all aspects of intellectual property law and reviewing, drafting and negotiating licensing agreements, research and collaboration agreements, development and manufacturing agreements, consulting agreements, technology service agreements, Internet related agreements, IP assignments and other commercial agreements.  Candidate would also assist their M&A, Corporate Securities and Finance groups in advising, negotiating and managing complex intellectual property matters which arise under their transactions.  Note that California bar admission and a life science or a technical background with prior industry experience is required.
