Our AM 100 law firm client seeks to hire a technology transactions
associate with 3-5 years of experience.  Ideal candidate will be
involved in counseling clients on all aspects of IP law, as well as
reviewing, drafting and negotiating licensing agreements, research and
collaboration agreements, development and manufacturing agreements,
consulting agreements, technology service agreements, Internet related
agreements, IP assignments, and other commercial agreements. 
Additionally, candidate would assist their M&A, Corporate
Securities and Finance groups in advising, negotiating, and managing
complex IP matters which arise under their transactions.  Candidate
must have a life science and/or a technical background with prior
industry experience is ideal, but not necessarily required.  Members of
the California bar will be preferred.
