Our prominent international client firm seeks a mid-senior level associate with 3-5 years solid corporate transactional experience to join their M&A/Private Equity practice. Ideal candidate must possess a US JD (or equivalent, such as Commonwealth LL.B.), and have experience with a US, UK or other International law firm in M&A transactions. Additionally, candidate must be able to read and write Chinese and speak Mandarin and English.
