Our well-known client firm has an opening for a patent agent with at least 2+ years of significant patent preparation and prosecution experience and must have at least a B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Physics, U.S.P.T.O. registered, as well as excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills. Note that transactional and patent opinion/analysis experience is a plus.
