This prominent client firm has an opening for a biotech/chemical patent agent to join their Intellectual Property Group.  Ideal candidate should have passed the Patent Bar exam and have some experience in patent preparation and prosecution.  Additionally, candidate must have a Ph.D. in biology or chemistry related field, as well as excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and professional recommendations.  Transactional and patent opinion/analysis support experience is a plus.
