DC-Health Care/Life Sciences/Fraud Attorney-JO1112

Our client is a global 100 law firm seeking an experienced health care associate to join their Health Care and Life Sciences Practice Group.  Ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience with and possesses knowledge of health care fraud and abuse laws, including Anti Kickback Statute, Stark and False Claims Act.  Note that compliance counseling experience is required, but Investigation related experience preferred.  Previous government experience desirable.  Candidate should possess outstanding writing skills, as well as first chair experience on client matters and a desire to take a leadership role in the practice area.
