DC-Litigation Of Counsel-JO1397

Our client law firm is seeking an Of Counsel for the Litigation Department.  Candidate must have substantial first chair criminal trial experience and civil litigation experience, including depositions, along with substantive expertise in securities fraud and contract fraud.  Experience as an Assistant U.S. Attorney with experience in white collar and FCPA is required.  Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are also required.  DOJ or similar government experience preferred.
