This prestigious client firm seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join their Private Equity group.  Ideal candidate must have general experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently, along with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and venture capital transactions.  Note that candidates applying for this position should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.  DC bar admission strongly preferred.
