DUBAI-Banking & Finance/Corporate Associate-JO1192

Our client is a premier global law firm seeking to hire a banking and finance/corporate associate for their Dubai office.  Ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of banking and finance experience.  Background should include a variety of complex financings.  Must be able to assume appropriate level of senior deal management responsibility, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation and providing sound advice to clients.  Candidate should have large law firm experience, be used to working in a team atmosphere and have excellent academic credentials.  Note this position offers the opportunity to work on cross border transactions with the client’s other offices.  Additionally, candidate should possess a minimum of two years of Post Qualified Experience in a major London international law firm and some experience working on Middle Eastern transactions. Written and spoken fluency in Arabic a plus.
