Our client firm seeks to hire an associate with 3-6 years of corporate securities experience. Ideal candidates must have securities experience in 1933 Act, 1934 Act, and issuer representation, as well as possess strong drafting skills, excellent academics, and have at least three years of large law firm experience. Candidate must be a member of The Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next examination.
