Our prominent international client firm seeks a mid-senior level associate with at least 4 years of IPO, cross boarder M&A and Private Equity experience; HK qualified with strong corporate transactional experience gained in HK with a UK, US or international firm. Additionally, candidate must be able to speak fluent Mandarin and English with the ability to read and write Chinese and English well.
