We represent a preeminent firm with a strong international presence which seeks two mid-level (3-6 years PQE) general corporate associates/solicitors.  Ideal candidates should have experience on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, fund formation, venture capital transactions, asset purchases, financings, leverage buyouts, private and public offerings of securities, security law compliance for public companies and other general corporate matters.  Candidates should also possess experience working on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters at a top tier law firm in Hong Kong or Asia, as well as possess fluency in English and Mandarin.  (Note that Chinese language capabilities are strongly preferred.)  Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal and interpersonal skills are also required.  These positions have significant growth opportunities.
