Our client is a premier global law firm seeking to hire a cross border corporate finance associate for their Dubai office.  Ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in capital markets and/or private equity matters.  The practice works on a broad and interesting range of China-related corporate matters.  Ideal candidate will have a J.D. degree from a major U.S. law school, Mandarin language skills, and three or more years of experience in capital market and/or private equity matters.  This is a permanent position, available immediately.
