Large prominent client firm is seeking an attorney with 3+ years experience to work on complex regulatory and transactional matters for health industry organizations, including hospitals and health systems, large physician groups, private equity investors, life sciences companies, health information technology companies and other ancillary suppliers and providers.  Candidates should have strong general health law experience, with understanding or experience in sub-specialty areas such as health care information technology, tax exemption and fraud and abuse laws.  Succesful applicant should have excellent analytical skills, writing skills and academic records.  Candidate should be a graduate of a top law school, with academic honors.  Illinois Bar admission is strongly preferred.
