IL-Restructuring & Insolvency Partner or Counsel-JO1049

Prestigious law firm is seeking a partner level or counsel candidate for their expanding Restructuring & Insolvency group.  The firm's practice includes the representation of creditors and debtors in sophisticated bankruptcy matters and out of court workouts and restructurings.  The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience representing mainly secured creditors.   Preferred candidates will have experience with secured and unsecured creditor's credits in workouts and bankruptcy proceedings, experience in litigating complex commercial disputes, enforcement of creditors' rights inside and outside of bankruptcy cases, and experience in transactional restructurings including real estate and other asset-based loans.
