Our firm client seeks to hire an assistant U.S. patent administrator.  Responsibilities include preparation of correspondence, reports and other legal documents, record keeping and tracking of status of patent applications and general administrative tasks.  Ideal candidate will assist department manager in all phases of U.S. patent prosecution.  Requirements include 2-3 years experience in U.S. patent prosecution matters, detail oriented, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, meet deadlines, as well as have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
