Our firm client seeks to hire a trademark assistant. Responsibilities include preparation of trademark related correspondence, monitoring status of trademarks, preparation and electronic filing of trademark documents including applications, extensions, statements of use, renewals, declarations and assignments, as well as assist Trademark Administrator in various administrative functions. Requirements include ability to work efficiently with a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, 1-3 years intellectual property experience preferred, and detail oriented.
