NY-Bank Finance Associate-JO1106

Our client is a global 100 law firm seeking highly qualified associates with 4-5 years of experience in leveraged finance and syndicated bank loans.  Note that a deal sheet is required (deal experience more important than class year).  The practice group handles 75-80% of the lender side and a small amount of the sponsor side.  Borrower side experience will be considered, but is not ideal.  Clients consist of large institutional lenders, and the group handles a high volume of commitment papers.
