Our prominent international client firm seeks a mid-senior level associate with 3-5 years experience to join their Securities Group. Ideal candidate will have extensive capital markets experience (SEC-registered offerings and Rule 144A offerings) a must. Significant experience with high yield debt, and some 1934 Act experience, desired. (Note that flex time candidates will be considered.)
