NY-Patent Litigation Associate-JO1153

Our client is a mid-sized firm seeking to hire a mid-level patent litigation associate with 3-4 years experience.  Candidate should also have experience with federal courts, motions, discovery, and trial.  Law review, journal experience, and/or judicial clerkship are a plus.  Must have strong oral and written communication skills, be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team environment, as well as have a technical degree and be admitted in New York.  (Note registration before the U.S.P.T.O. is a plus.)
