This prestigious firm is seeking a senior associate (5th year or above) with lending and debt finance/banking experience to join its Global Finance Group.  Client base is highly diversified and includes commercial and investment banks, finance companies and borrowers/issuers.  Experience in secured lending and leveraged finance, as well as experience representing banks and non-bank financial institutions in debt financing transactions, including: senior secured credit facilities, subordinated debt and other mezzanine financings, and asset-based working capital facilities. Outstanding academic credentials, client management skills, and major law firm experience are required.  Candidate must also be admitted to the New York Bar.
