This prestigious large law firm with an international presence seeks a Senior Corporate Associate or Counsel with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience.  (Note that this is a partnership track position.)  Ideal candidate should have a strong general corporate background in a law firm setting with substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.  Experience in capital markets and private equity is a plus.  Excellent drafting and negotiating skills and solid client relations skills are required.  Candidate must also be admitted to the New York Bar.
