We represent a large international law firm seeking a banking and finance associate with a minimum of two years experience representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of complex financings.  Candidate must be able to assume appropriate level of senior deal management responsibility, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation and providing sound advice to clients.  Candidate should have large law firm experience, be used to working in a team atmosphere, and have excellent academic credentials.
