Our client is a premier global firm seeking to hire a commercial real estate associate with outstanding academic credentials and a minimum of two years of experience with a major law firm in complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and financings for broad national and international real estate clients.  Practice encompasses real estate secured lending, acquisitions, dispositions, fund formation, securitizations and development, covering all commercial real estate property types (office, retail, hospitality, health care, multifamily and industrial).
