Our client firm seeks to hire an associate with 5-7 years of experience in commercial litigation to join their consumer finance litigation practice group. State and Federal court experience is required. Note that Federal Court clerkship is preferred. It is considered a plus if candidate has consumer finance litigation experience. Must have excellent research and writing skills, as well as be a member of the State Bar of Texas.
