Top law firm is seeking a transactional real estate partner.  Candidate should possess significant practical experience in representing larger scale real estate development clients in all aspects of the land assembly and acquisition process.  Complimentary experience in matters related to complex association structures and condominium law are also highly desirable. This position presents an opportunity for the qualified candidate to access clients, as well as obtain opportunities and resources within a well established, multi-jurisdictional land use and real estate practice.  Willingness to cross market and work within a highly interactive team-oriented environment are essential.  (Minimum portable book of business required.)
