Director, Corporate Attorney Placement

We seek a professional attorney search consultant who can drive sales and margin growth, while maintaining our existing clientele and building new client relationships.  Ideal candidate will handle all aspects of the day-to-day recruitment process and successfully place corporate associates in permanent positions nationally and globally.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in either a law firm or corporate setting
  

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, JD’s are welcome
  

• Possess a strong drive and determination for implementing new business development and leads
  

• Be able to adapt to an evolving job market, think independently, be diligent to see projects through from conception, be commercially aware, possess excellent communication skills, and show professionalism coupled with a high degree of integrity
  

• Have a confident and out-going personality, be attentive to personal presentation, and enjoy helping others in their job search
  

• Possess excellent computer and research skills
